Eat lunch BEFORE you arrive at camp. Your
first meal will be at dinner.
Your rooming assignment will be given to you
at registration.
Camp Ends on Friday at 11AM. You cannot stay on the
grounds after 11AM. There will be a late charge for those
who are over 1/2 hour late in picking up their teens.
Only students who have received a reservation confirma-
tion may come to camp! NO TRANSFERS, OR WALK-INS
ARE PERMITTED! No on-site registrations allowed.
Bring items to decorate your room inside & out that will
go with the theme: “On Your Mark”
Don’t forget your
bedding, pillow, beach
& bath towels. Also
snackbar $$, flashlight,
toiletries, repellant, sun-
screen, medication in
original containers.
DRESS CODE
that will be strictly enforced for all campers and staff! Read Carefully!
ACCEPTABLE ATTIRE DURING THE DAY: athletic clothes; long, loose shorts;
shirts that don’t reveal undergarments or midriff (while moving or standing still).
GUYS may wear tank shirts, if desired, on the athletic field only. GIRLS may wear a
modest tankini bathing suit, if desired, on the athletic field ONLY it it is worn under
shorts & dark t-shirt. Tennis shoes MUST be worn on the athletic field. NO san-
dals, no flip flops, no exceptions.
ACCEPTABLE ATTIRE FOR EVENING SERVICE: Dressier casual wear (pants,
jeans, dresses, shorts) may be worn to the PM service. No athletic shorts may
be worn to the evening service. SKIRTS must also meet the length requirement
of shorts! ACCEPTABLE SLEEPWEAR: All sleepwear must be MODEST.
ACCEPTABLE POOL ATTIRE: GIRLS may wear a modest tankini bathing suit.
GUYS: must wear boxer style swim trunks. Anyone who is wearing swimwear
deemed immodest by staff will be required to wear a dark t-shirt while swimming, or
will loose their pool privileges. Shirt, shorts, and shoes must be worn to and from the
pool area.
UNACCEPTABLE ATTIRE: Any immodest clothing or garment that supports
alcohol, drugs, rock groups, occult, sex, tobacco, violence, or questionable designs.
GIRLS SHIRTS: (or dresses) must not reveal undergarments at any time. To ensure
this, shirt straps must be 2 inches in width or more.
SHORTS and SKIRTS or DRESSES: must be fitting at waist - length:
below extended arms & fingertips (while moving or standing still).
IMPORTANT: First Aid will not dispense any over-the-counter medications including ibuprofen, acetaminophen, aspirin or
benedryl unless permission has been given by the parents. If a student needs emergency treatment, they will be taken to the local hospital.
You should bring all medications in their original containers ONLY, including all over-the counter meds. Prescription meds must be turned in
to the First Aid Staff at check-in, including inhalers & epi-pens. Bring any personal items you may need during the week!

I-66 West I-81 North toward Winchester.
Take exit 310, Route 37 toward Winchester Medical Center. Get off on Route 50 West.
Go approximately 8 miles to Gore. On right you’ll see a small sign pointing left that says
“Gore.” Just past the tiny U.S. Post Office---turn LEFT onto Rt. 751 (Gore Road) and travel
0.4 mile to Rt.704 (Back Creek Road---on curve just past Gore Grocery).
Turn LEFT on Rt. 704 and travel 3.3 mile to Pine Creek Camp, 1796 Back Creek Road to
house and red barn on RIGHT. Driveway immediately forks – take the right hand side up the mountain to camp office.
Monday, June 25th, we will leave Central at 10:30am sharp
Friday, June 29th, we will arrive back at Central at 1:20pm approximately (Please bring money for lunch on travel days)
